It is often prepared without cheese as compared to the traditional italian pasta recipes. It can be made in different variety of ways.Moreover the indian style pasta recipe.It is very delicious & easy to make.You will get get different flavours in this recipe.

MAYONNAISE PASTA

INGREDIENTS
Oil – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped Garlic – 1 tsp
Finely chopped Onion – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped Carrot – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped Green Capsicum – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped Red Capsicum – 1 tsp
Sliced Yellow Capsicum – 1 tbsp
Sweet Corn – 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilly Flakes – 1/2 tsp
Mixed Herbs/Pizza Seasoning – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
Water – 1/4 cup (4 tbsp)
Boiled Pasta – 1 cup

  • INSTRUCTIONS
  • To make Mayonnaise Pasta take a pan & add Oil.
  • Heat it & add Finely chopped Garlic.Saute it.
  • Add Finely chopped Onion & stir fry.
  • Add Finely chopped Carrot & stir fry,add Finely chopped Green Capsicum,Finely chopped Red Capsicum,Sliced Yellow Capsicum,Sweet Corn & Saute it for 2 minutes.
  • Add Black Pepper Powder,Red Chilly Flakes,Mixed Herbs,Salt,Mayonnaise & mix well.
  • Add Water & mix well.
  • Add Boiled Pasta & Mix gently on low flame.
  • Turn off the flame.
  • Mayonnaise Pasta is ready to serve.Enjoy!!

CHINESE PASTA

INGREDIENTS
Oil – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped Garlic – 1 tbsp
Finely chopped Onion – 2 tbsp
Grated Ginger- 1 tsp
Finely chopped Carrot – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped Cabbage – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped Green Capsicum – 2 tbsp
Spring Onion White – 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce – 1 tbsp
Red chilly Sauce – 1 tbsp
Green chilly Sauce – 1 tbsp
Tomato Sauce – 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
White Vinegar – 1 tsp
Cornflour/Cornstarch – 1 tbsp
Water – 4 tbsp (1/4 cup)
Boiled Pasta – 1 cup
Spring Onion Green for garnishing

  • INSTRUCTIONS
  • To make Chinese Pasta take a pan & add Oil.
  • Heat it & add Finely chopped Garlic.Saute it.
  • Add Finely chopped Onion,Grated Ginger,Finely chopped Carrot, Finely chopped Green Capsicum,Spring Onion White & stir fry on medium flame for 2 minutes.
  • Add Soya Sauce,Red chilly Sauce,Green chilly Sauce,Tomato Sauce,Black pepper powder,Salt,White Vinegar & mix well.
  • Make a thick paste of Cornflour by adding Water.
  • Add paste into mixture & add Water & mix well.
  • Let the mixture come to boil on medium flame.
  • Add Boiled Pasta & mix gently.
  • Garnish with Spring Onion.
  • Chinese Pasta is ready to serve.Enjoy!!

CHEESEY TOMATO TWIST PASTA

INGREDIENTS
Oil – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped Garlic – 1 tbsp
Finely chopped Onion – 2 tbsp (1 pc)
Roughly chopped Tomato – 2 pc
Salt to taste
Kashmiri Red chilly Powder – 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Red Chilly Flakes – 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped Green Capsicum – 1 tbsp
Tomato Sauce – 2 tbsp
Water – 4 tbsp (1/4 cup)
Boiled Pasta – 1 cup
Cheese Slice – 1 pc
Cheese for garnishing

  • INSTRUCTIONS
  • To make Cheesy Tomato Twist Pasta take a pan & add Oil.
  • Heat it & add Finely chopped Garlic.Saute it.
  • Add Finely chopped Onion & stir fry on medium flame for 2 minutes.
  • Add Roughly chopped Tomato & Salt & mix well.
  • Cover & cook for 2 minutes until mushy.
  • Add Kashmiri Red chilly Powder,Black Pepper Powder,Roasted Cumin Powder,Red Chilly Flakes,Finely chopped Green Capsicum & mix well.
  • Saute for few minutes & add Tomato Sauce & mix well.
  • Add Water & mix well.
  • Add Boiled Pasta & mix gently.
  • Add Cheese Slice & mix gently.
  • Turn off the flame.
  • Garnish with Cheese.

DESI STYLE MASALA PASTA

INGREDIENTS
Oil/Butter – 2 tbsp
Chopped Garlic – 1 tbsp
Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
Finely chopped Onion- 2 tbsp
Roughly chopped Tomato – 2 pcs
Salt to taste
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Red Chilly Powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala – 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped Capsicum – 2 tbsp
Sweet Corn – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped Carrot – 2 tbsp
Frozen Peas/Fresh Peas – 2 tbsp
Water – 3 tbsp
Tomato Sauce – 2 tbsp
Red Chilly Flakes – 1 tsp
Boiled Pasta – 1 cup

  • INSTRUCTIONS
  • To make Desi Style Masala Pasta take a pan & add Oil/Butter.
  • Heat it & add Finely chopped Garlic & Saute it.
  • Add Grated Ginger & Saute it.
  • Add Finely chopped Onion & stir fry on medium flame for 2 minutes.
  • Add Roughly chopped Tomato & Salt & mix well.
  • Cover & cook for 2 minutes until mushy.
