SANDWICH BURGER

INGREDIENTS
Grated Cottage Cheese (Paneer) – 1 cup
Finely chopped Green Capsicum – 2 tbsp
Grated Carrot – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped Tomato – 2 tbsp
Boiled Sweet Corn – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped Yellow Capsicum – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped Coriander- 1 tbsp
Red Chilly Powder – 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Veg Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
Bread Slice – 4 pcs
Butter for greasing
Red Chilly Flakes for garnishing

  • INSTRUCTIONS
  • To make Sandwich Burger take a Bowl & add grated Cottage Cheese.
  • Add Finely chopped Green Capsicum,Grated Carrot,Finely chopped Tomato,Boiled Sweet Corn,Finely chopped Yellow Capsicum,Finely chopped Coriander.
  • Add Red Chilly Powder,Cumin Powder,Salt,Veg Mayonnaise & mix well.
  • Take two Bread Slices & Spread Butter over first Bread.
  • Take 1 tbsp mix & Spread onto the bread.
  • Sprinkle Red Chilly Flakes & Place Second Bread over it.
  • Spread Butter over it.
  • Take a Grilled Pan & Grease with Butter/Oil/Ghee.
  • Keep the Flame Medium.
  • Place Bread from Butter Side onto the pan.
  • Apply Butter & Roast from both sides until Golden.
  • Take out into plate.
  • Cut with Knife diagonally.
  • Sandwich Burger is ready to serve.Enjoy!

ACHARI PANEER WRAP

INGREDIENTS
Pickle Masala – 2 tbsp
Veg Mayonnaise – 4 tbsp
Butter/Oil – 1 tbsp
Cottage Cheese (Paneer) – 1 cup
Finely choopped Onion – 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Roughly Chopped Tomato – 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Sliced Green Capsicum – 1/2 pc
Water – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped Coriander for garnishing
Carrot Juliennnes for garnishing

  • INSTRUCTIONS
  • To make Achari Paneer Wrap take a bowl & add Pickle Masala,Veg Mayonnaise & mix well.
  • Heat a pan on medium flame & add Butter/Oil & let it melt.
  • Add Cottage Cheese & Roast on low to medium flame until golden.
  • Turn off the the flame & take out into plate.
  • Add Oil to the same pan & heat it.
  • Add Finely choopped Onion & roast.
  • Add Ginger Garlic paste.
  • Mix well & Roast.
  • Add roughly chopped tomato & Cook until releases Oil.
  • Add salt & mix well.
  • Add 2 tbsp Water & mix well.
  • Add fried Paneer & prepared masala.
  • Add Finely chopped Coriander & mix gently.
  • Turn off the flame.
  • Heat a pan & roast left over Roti/Paratha.
  • Turn off the flame & take out into plate.
  • Spread 1 tbsp Veg Mayonnaise.
  • Add Carrot Juliennes & add Prepared Paneer stuffing.
  • Add Sliced Onion.
  • Fold & wrap Prepared Roti/Paratha.
  • Achari Paneer wrap is ready to serve.Enjoy!

VEGGIE PANEER PUFF

INGREDIENTS
For dough
Wheat Flour – 1 cup
Semolina – 1/2 cup
Oil – 4 tbsp (1/4 cup)
Hot Water as required

For Filling
Grated Cottage Cheese (Paneer) – 1 cup
Grated Carrot – 3 tbsp
Finely chopped Green Capsicum – 3 tbsp
Finely chopped Red Capsicum – 1 tbsp
Boiled Sweet Corn – 3 tbsp
Finely chopped Onion – 3 tbsp
Black Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Red Chilly Flakes – 1/2 tsp
Pizza Seasoning/Mixed herbs – 1 tsp
Veg Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
All purpose Flour – 2 tbsp

  • INSTRUCTIONS
  • To make Veggie Paneer Puff take a bowl.
  • Add Wheat Flour,Semolina,Oil & mix well till it binds.
  • Add more Oil if required.
  • Add hot water little by little & knead well.
  • Coat with Oil & knead well.
  • Prepare a semi soft dough.
  • Cover & let it set for 10 minutes.
  • For Filling Take a bowl & add Grated Cottage Cheese.
  • Add Grated Carrot,Finely chopped Green Capsicum,Finely chopped Red Capsicum,Boiled Sweet Corn,Finely chopped Onion,Black Pepper powder,Salt to taste,
  • Pizza Seasoning,Veg Mayonnaise & mix well.
  • Take All purpose Flour, add water & make a thick paste.
  • Knead the dough slightly.
  • Divide the dough into half & roll the dough slightly thick.
  • Cut rectangle pieces with the help of knife.
  • Apply prepared paste to the ends as it helps to stick.
  • Add 1 tbsp of prepared stuffing over one side of the sheet.
  • Cover the stuffing with other half of the sheet.
  • Fold & Seal the edges & prepare a packet.
  • Press the sides gently making sure the stuffing is inside.
  • Press with the fork giving a nice impression.
  • Heat Oil on medium flame.
  • Deep fry the Prepared puff in hot oil on low to medium flame.
  • Stir occasionally,keeping the flame on low to medium.
  • Fry till the puff turns golden & crisp.
  • Take out into plate.
  • Veggie Paneer puff is ready to serve.Enjoy!!
