ब्रेड का एकदम नया Tasty चटपटा नाश्ता जिसे सब रोज जिद करके बनवाएंगे Breakfast Recipes – 2 Breakfast

INGREDIENTS
1st type Crispy Cubes
Boiled Mashed Potato – 2
Bread Crumbs – 4-5 tbsp
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Corn Starch – 2 tbsp
Italian Seasoning – 1 tsp
Finely chopped Coriander

2nd Type Cripsy Cubes
Boiled Mashed Potato – 2
Bread Crumbs – 4-5 tbsp
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Pav Bhaji Masala – 1 tsp
Lime Juice – 1tsp
Finely chopped Coriander

For Coating
All purpose flour – 2 tbsp
Salt
Water
Bread Crumbs
Oil for deep fry

  • To make Cripsy Cubes take bowl.
  • Add Boiled Mashed Potato,Bread Crumbs,Ginger paste,Pepper powder,Red chilli flakes,Corn Starch,Italian Seasoning,Finely chopped Coriander.
  • Grease hands and mix well.
  • To make 2 nd type cripsy bites take a bowl.
  • Add Boiled Mashed Potato,Bread Crumbs,Ginger paste,Red chilli powder,Pav Bhaji Masala,Lime Juice,Finely chopped Coriander.
  • Grease hands and mix well.
  • Take a bowl add All purpose flour,salt,Water and prepare slurry.
  • Take lemon size mix & give square shape.
  • Dip Prepared square into slurry and bread crumbs.
  • Let it set in fridge for 15 mins.
  • Store in air tight container in freezer for 12-15 days.
  • Take kadhai add oil and heat well.
  • Add prepared cubes and Fry on medium flame.
  • Flip and fry on all sides until golden crisp.
  • Remove and transfer on a paper towel.
  • Crispy Cubes are ready to serve.Enjoy!!!

Tips:
Bake at 180 degree pre heated oven for 15 mins.
Fry only on high flame when taken out of freezer.
