सिर्फ 2 चीज़ो से सबसे परफेक्ट चॉक्लेट फ़ज जो मुँह में घुल जाये Eggless 2 Ingredient Chocolate Fudge
INGREDIENTS
Dark Chocolate – 300 gms
Condensed Milk – 400 gms
Walnut – 1/4 cup
- To make 2 Ingredient Chocolate Fudge.
- Take any dark compound chocolate.
- Cut Chocolate into pieces.
- Transfer into bowl.
- Take any cake tin.
- Grease with oil/Butter.
- Place a butter paper.
- You can use any plastic sheet/Milk Packet.
- Grease butter paper with oil and keep aside.
- Take a bowl.
- Add 1.5 cups water and boil.
- Place Chocolate Bowl and melt chocolate.
- Melt it on low mediumn flame.
- Do not over cook.
- Turn off flame and melt all lumps.
- Add condensed milk and mix well.
- Take bowl out of double boiler.
- Mix well until smooth texture.
- Add walnut and mix well.
- Transfer mix into greased tin.
- Let it set for 3-4 hours.
- Take out after 3 hours.
- Take out of mould.
- Remove butter paper.
- Cut into pieces.
- Garish with cocoa powder.
- Chocolate Fudge is ready..!!
