Cake recipes are prepared in microwave or in pressure cooker but buying a oven can be a huge investment and and more importantly indian cooking generally does not involve baking process. It is basically a stemed cake Choco chips is used sometimes for preparing this cake.It can be made in Idli moulds which is very easy to use. This Chocolate Cake recipe is very easy to make.It is very tasty & mouth watering.
2 चीज़ो से अब पानी के भाप से बनाए बाज़ार जैसी सोफ्ट चॉकलेट केक वो भी बिना कोको पाउडर Chocolate Cake
Oreo Biscuit – 240 gms(2 packs)
Milk- 1 cup
Water -1 & 1/2 glass
- To make Chocolate Cake Take Oreo Biscuit & Separate Cream from Biscuit.
- Add Biscuit to grinding jar.
- Make Fine powder & take out into bowl.
- Add Milk little by little.
- Prepare semi thick batter.
- Prepare Pouring consistency batter.
- Take kadhai & place stand over it.
- Add Water & turn on the flame.
- Boil Water on medium-high flame.
- Take Cake tin & Grease with Oil.
- Place Butter paper(Optional) & Grease with Oil.
- Transfer half of the Prepared batter & Spread the batter.
- Tap to remove air bubbles.
- Reduce the flame to low.
- Check if the water is boiled then Place Cake Tin into Kadhai.
- Cover with Towel so as to avoid direct steam.
- Cover with lid & Fold Towel to close.
- Steam for 5 mins on low flame.
- After 5 minutes, check the cake.
- Turn off the flame.
- Place removed biscuit cream over half baked cake.
- Add rest of the prepared batter over it.
- Spread the batter.
- Cover & steam for 5 mins on low flame.
- Check after 5 mins.
- Check with toothpick,if its clean means cake is baked.
- Turn off the flame & let it cool.
- Transfer on a plate and remove butter paper.
- Spread Chocolate sauce on all sides.
- Cut into pieces.
- Chocolate pastry is ready to serve.Enjoy!!
