Materials

  • 1 Liter Milk
  • 200 grams Paneer 
  • 1/2 cup Sugar 
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
  • Silver leaf
  • Pistachio for garnishing

Instructions

  • To make the most delicious Kalakand, place a pan on flame, add 1 liter of milk to it.
  • Now boil the milk until it reduces to 1/2 of its quantity and stirs continuously.
  • Now, take 200 grams of paneer/cheese and cut it into small pieces.
  • Now, take a grinding jar, add paneer pieces into it, grind well and crush the paneer.
  • Now transfer the crushed paneer into a bowl.
  • Now, take a cake tin and grease it with ghee/oil.
  • After milk reduces to 1/2 of its quantity & turns thick, add 1/2 cup of sugar and mix well on low flame.
  • After sugar melts, add crushed paneer into milk, mix well and cook on high flame.
  • Now add 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well and cook until the mix starts leaving the pan.
  • After the mix starts leaving the pan, turn off the flame, transfer the mixture into a greased tray, and spread well.
  • Now, let the Kalakand set for some time.
  • Now check the Kalakand and garnish it with silver leaf and chopped pistachio.
  • Now your Perfect and most delicious Kalakand is ready, and you can enjoy it.

1 – To make the most delicious Kalakand, place a pan on flame, add 1 liter of milk to it.

3 – Now, take 200 grams of paneer/cheese and cut it into small pieces.
