इस तरीके से बना इतना हेल्दी नाश्ता खाएंगे तो रहेंगे रोगो से दूर एनर्जी से भरपूर Appam Recipe – Appe -Quinoa Recipe -Weight Loss Recipe

INGREDIENTS

Spilt chickpeas – 1/4 cup(4 tbsp)
Moong dal – 1/4 cup(4 tbsp)
Black Gram- 1/4 cup(4 tbsp)
Quinoa – 1/2 cup
Water – 1 cup (for cooking)
Water for making batter
Chopped green chilli
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Chopped coriander
Chopped Capsicum
Salt – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Eno – 1 tsp or Baking soda – 1/4 tsp

  • To make Quinoa Dal Veggie appe take a bowl.
  • Add Spilt chickpeas,Moong dal,Black Gram.
  • Wash lentils and soak for 2 hours
  • Take another bowl add Quinoa 1/2 cup wash and soak for 5 mins.
  • After 5 mins remove excess water in quinoa.
  • Take a pan add water and add soaked quinoa into water.
  • Cover and cook for 10 min until fluffy.
  • After 10 mins check and turn off flame and let it cool.
  • Remove excess water in lentils.
  • Take a jar and add soaked lentils & cooked quinoa.
  • Add water as per required and make a smooth batter.
  • Transfer into a bowl.
  • Mix well and prepare thick batter.
  • On medium flame heat appe pan.
  • Add eno or baking soda and mix gently in one direction.
  • Add oil and grease pan.
  • On low flame add 1 tbsp batter,cover and cook for 3 mins.
  • After 3 mins Flip and cook on other side for 1 min.
  • After 1 min take it out of pan.
  • Take tadka pan add oil and grease it.
  • Add 2 tbsp batter and add oil on top and cook for 2-3 mins by closing lid
  • Flip and cook on other side for 1 min.
  • Quinoa dal veggie appe is ready to serve. Enjoy!!!
