अब मिक्सी में अनोखे तरीके से बनाये क्रीमी क्रीमी सॉफ्ट Ice Cream देखकर कहोगे पहले क्यों नहीं बताई

Ingredients

  • 125 ml FullCream/ Fat Milk
  • 2 tbsp Corn Flour/Corn Starch
  • 250 ml Fresh cream
  • 1 tbsp Coffe Powder
  • Sugar powder as per taste
  • 2 tbsp Choco Chips

Instructions

  1. Choco Cafe Delight Ice-Cream:

    • Take a pan and add 125ml full cream/fat milk and let it boil.

    • Add 2 tbsp of corn starch/flour in a small bowl.

    • Add some milk into the corn starch and make a slurry .

    • Add the slurry into the milk and stir well with out no lumps.

    • Add 250ml fresh cream into the milk(ratio of cream and milk shuld be 1:2) .

    • In low flame mix everything well.

    • After milk comes a boil add 1 tbsp coffee powder and sugar as per tatse.

    • Mix well and let it cook until thick.

    • After the milk thickens off the flame and let it cool for sometime.

    • Add the prepared mixture into a mixer jar and blend it for 2 minutes in high speed for perfect texture.

    • Now add the prepared mixture into a air tight container and freeze it for 1 hour.

    • After 1 hour take out the container and blend it again for 2 minutes in high speed.

    • After blending add chocochips into the jar.

    • Transfer the mixture into the same air tight container and add chocochips for garnish.

    • Now add a butter paper on top of the mixture touching the surface.

    • Cover it with a lid and freeze it for 6-7 hours.

    • After 6 hours remove the butter papper and scoop it to serve.

    • Garnish with wafer sticks and chocochips and serve.

CHOCO CAFE DELIGHT ICE-CREAM

12.After 6 hours remove the butter papper and scoop it to serve. Garnish with wafer sticks and chocochips and serve.
